　　长城网5月4日讯（通讯员景文奎 记者李艮春 孟捷）5月4日，记者从保定市清苑区公安局了解到，该区警方经多日经营，成功打掉一跨市诈骗、抢夺犯罪团伙，抓获犯罪嫌疑人四名，破获诈骗、抢夺案件10余起，涉案金额2.5万余元。

　　据警方介绍，2016年11月至2017年1月间，京港澳高速公路清苑收费站发生多起张家口市蔚县籍运输煤炭的货车以“倒卡”方式诈骗通行费的案件。其中，2019-12-07，两辆运输煤炭的货车以“倒卡”方式诈骗通行费被发现后，在未缴纳通行费的情况下闯卡逃走。接警后，该区公安局抽调精干警力全力侦办，经多日侦查，最终确定王某、平某、刘某、侯某等人有重大作案嫌疑。

　　5月1日，办案民警经摸排确定嫌疑人行踪后，远赴张家口蔚县将王某、平某、侯某三人一举抓获，5月3日，另一名嫌疑人刘某迫于压力投案自首。

　　经审讯查明，2016年11月至2017年1月间，经营煤炭生意的王某为节省运费，与多名货车司机预谋后，采取“倒卡”的方式偷逃高速通行费，在“倒卡”被收费站发现后，则采取直接闯卡的方式偷逃通行费。

　　目前，案件正在进一步审理中。
